Known for being a top tourist spot, the park is a sanctuary for over 300 animals such as lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. Shakira, 33, appeared at ease as she interacted with the charming nine-week-old brown lion cub, Waz, and the white cub, Fernando, showing off her playful side.

Renowned lion trainer Shakira decided to switch up her style yesterday, opting for a more casual outfit of black cotton pants, a black jacket, and a black cap as she spent quality time with Ferdinand the lion cub at the park. However, it wasn’t long before she was back to work, meeting with young girls from Africa to promote 1GOAL, an initiative under the Global Campaign for Education. During their meeting, Shakira engaged in conversation with Diane Takawira from Zimbabwe, Mary Chileshe from Zambia, and Nthabiseng Tshabalala from South Africa about their school experiences.

This musical extravaganza is set to take place at Soccer City Stadium just before the final showdown between Spain and The Netherlands.
